Name Tag Challenge - Due at May Meeting

What a great way to help us to get to know each better and show off our creativity. Please create your own quilted name tag to be worn at meetings, sew-ins, and other guild events.
Our recent Logo Design Challenge resulted in our new cowboy hat logo, designed by Louise Phelps.  We had Spoonflower print our logo on fabric that we are now challenging  you to include in a nametag.  Logo is approx. 1-1/2" x 2", and can be included on either  the front or back.
If you missed out on getting a logo you can stop by the office at Wonderfil or you can contact Philippa G to collect one directly from her
sewn name tag inspiration

Some things to consider:  Your name should be clear and readable. You may also squeeze in your IG Handle, personal brand or website (if you have one) so everyone can find you on the web.    Name tag should be be sewn by you and include some quilted elements.  As well as all the usual quality techniques, feel free to use any  additional techniques you wish (embroidery, cross stitch, appliqué, beading, paper piecing, etc). You must include the Calgary MQG logo on the front or back.
There is no size limit or shape constraint, so use your creativity to create something that showcases your style as a modern quilter.
Here is an excellent tutorial from Pile O Fabric on how to make a quilted lanyard name tag.
Have fun!
